What does the relationship with Orion Health do for WELL Health? Orion is an open healthcare platform spanning 12 countries. Its goals are very similar to WELL: it wants to refine, change and improve how patients manage and control their treatment and health journeys, and helping doctors digitize the process as well. Basically, the arrangement is a collaboration. WELL and Orion will share ideas and product development, potentially offering each other's products in their own market. It may not be overly material in the short term, and no money or ownership changes hands here, but we would consider it a good arrangement overall. (5iResearch)
