They got in at a good price here. I wounder who the seller was and I suspect we will find out unless it was not an insider and not another +10% holder of the company. Surprised that the SP hasn't reacted more positively.  60M USD is a significant investment anyway you look at it and certainly an enormous vote of confidence for WELL's future. Long and strong. GLTA

Ms. Solina Chau of Horizon Ventures (HK) announced a significant private purchase of WELL shares. The acquirer purchased 18.7M shares at C$4.34/sh., representing a total purchase price of $81M. Previously, the acquiror held ~7% of WELL's outstanding shares. Following the transaction, this puts it at 14.53%.
