Thats standard for Flow through shares.At the end of the release it has the statement ...The proceeds of the Offering will be used to incur eligible Canadian Exploration Expenses, which will be renounced to subscribers effective on or before December 31, 2010....becasue this is how the tax related discount for the investors work.Bob
