What's up with that, gets tiring real fast averaging down on this dog, hard to catch the bottom on this one

It's like the one-way Beta phenomenon, which is very frustrating. Speculators inflate the oil price. When oil price gets hit hard on any day, WFE is down. On the days when oil price recovers previous losses, WFE (and nearly every other stock that got hit hard) simply doesn't recover enough, if at all.
