Good Buy here?

The street continues to cut our price target. Anyone have details on this downgrade?

What the hell is the matter with this company? Its interesting that two investment dealers increased the price target on BXE to 7.5 and 7 , yet that stock continues to drop hard.

Hard to make sense of this anymore...
