Jodie: can you figure this out yet? Sprott raises money and takes positions in companies. Guide loves to raise funds and spend. Look at their debt. Sooooo... now you have management who loves to borrow and a firm with board representation and a position on the board. Hmmmm... get it yet?  Guess who will be lead on deals. Can you guess???

Jodie: One last thing you mentioned over and over. Westfire aquired guide thru RTO,correct?  Hmmm, again. why would Guides management team be at the helm than?  I guess its because westfires team wanted to retire on a 4.99 buyout.. Just look at what they paid for past options. I guess they are stupid according to your thought process
