WestFire AGM meeting May 29th 2012

just for interest sake I listened to Ed Chwyl Chairman intro comments...( he will now be on Board of Directors of proposed Long Run )...he said that "WestFire is the strongest company its ever been"...also commented in reference to strategic analysis process the "VERY HIGH INTEREST in the company " and that means more than a couple of suitors were checking us out...and that " WFE is very strong and getting stronger".....so if everything was rosy and momentum was building  (Q1) and now (Q2)...why sell the company short by merging?...why not just say that no reasonable offer came out at this time?...the strategic anaysis process is stopped and with the great Q2..WestFire will continue to grow production and value....the management sold out and Ed's got a new job....imagine that...BB28
