Compared to those 'others' that did well in Q2 (bankers, Ithaca etc did fair at best) their share prices have moved 20% to the upside.  Poor, poor deal for Westfire shareholders.. Once again @ $4.00 this is ridiculous.  I wounder who looked at the data room with high interest.  WFE prob wanted 50% premium so like $7.50 and they prob got offers for $6.50.  Those that had interest then should be licking their chops about possibly going hostile at $6 now......

"e.  Poor, poor deal for Westfire shareholders" That's what I don't understand.    Before the announcement, GO was $2.08; WFE was $4.65.    GO shareholders receive one share of WFE worth .4167 of their holdings.   GO receives a 20c/share premium for their owners (pre announcement).
