upon buy out

when the buy out occurs does anybody know if there going to be a US withholding tax for canadian stock holders? This was in recent news release mentioning a withholding tax for cdns.

This is a very strange

day for a stock with a cash offer on the table. Some holders must have needed some cash pretty fast. Either that, or something is up that we haven't heard about yet. I don't like it. BBB

Blackstone knows the Dream team having gobbled up Dream Global already. BSR has two families who own a big chunk (founders) so unless they are willing to call it quits I doubt they get sold. But ...more

Should have also mentioned. I wonder if another reit was already looking to buy it and Blackstone who are very agressive stepped in and snatched it. Is it worth more! Let's wait and find out.
