Started a position today.  Seems to have taken quite a trim, down 18% YTD.  Will be a long term hold for me.  All the best Charlie.

Now you know why the stock was going down...but it is too late You are catch on it....annual report is out !!!! last trade is well below $22,00  time is money gracias    grinnnnn....
