Thoughts on WM 1q21

update on youtube....marz explanation for not aggressively pursuing 500tpd underground mine permit for Fenelon was not convincing. If Marz planning for Wallbridge to bring Fenelon into production he would pursue 500tpd underground mine aggressively so as to have cash flow for development without diluting common. Marz comment about large size of Fenelon deposit indicate to me that Fenelon in play for buyout. Common price weakness likely sign of accumulation by big boys... sharks circling, sharks not interested in small scale 500tpd operation but rather see Fenelon at much larger scale so Marz focus on sharks permitting wishes with intent to sell fenelon for profit once 2021 drilling maximize price. As for WM Ni and PGM properties no spinout because this is WM future once Fenelon sold to a circling shark. South Africa is not stable jurisdiction for pgm mines which is why impala paid premium for nap and why wm jv with sibanye on lonmin canda is so valuable.

Let's wait for the PEA to come out and then we can talk takeover price.

If you look at the price action since the last year....$1.30 ish was the top price so I'd like to think that a 20% premium on top of that....so $1.50 ish would be the minimum price to be bought out imho

Can't imagine less than $1.30.
