they stopped the share buyback because it detracted value from the company and just made it easier for professional traders to make profits because the share price had an artificial bottom. if they had kept that 500 million and added it  to their cash ledger the stock would be trading much higher buying shares at 60 bucks plus was idiotic. amateurs.
