The tragic irony is that after;the BOD that Kirkland Lake's ceo belongs to gave the rights to 75 percent of Detour East WITHOUT A SHAREHOLDER VOTE for a Promise to drill a few holes in YEARS and NO MONEY, receives stock options in the companywhile this destruction of retail shareholder value continues!!! Sounds like willfull avoidance of shareholder interest and conflict of interest by the board but I'm not the expert you claim to be perhaps a Quebec specialist in class action litigation on behalf of all shareholders including the caisse de depot can provide an answer.
