Good morning folks......As I am somewhat bewildered by the most recent move:... I feel that long term this will come together.  I will say this;...I am disappointed with the continued lack of clarity with some of the moves that we have made recently and along the way.  Marz could have given the heads up in the most recent interview with CRUX....Surely this was in the works at that point

On ceo.ca JCW604 got through to Marz Kord yesterday. He explained that he did the financing now because Wallbridge is in a strong cash position. Better to do it now in a stronger negotiating position. All cashed up with a year of drilling. I took advantage along with the basher vultures to buy more. To my view, that explanation for the timing actually makes a lot of sense. We also have a lot of volatility financially/politically in the US which will reverberate to Canada , and who knows what financial conditions/market conditions might exist for - 6 months down the road for any attempt at financing At a later date, whenThe coffers would be nearly empty.

Bit of an own goal though as he foolishly telegraphed to the markets that they were short of cash for the full year program. A more astute CEO would have handled that better.
