Share Price of WM

$2393 US/oz gold x 212 000 oz/year x 12 years = $6.09 bilion US value for WM.  WM market cap is $96.54 million.  The market cap is 63x below total value.  Even for a buyout one would expect a price at least 1/8 of the value which is $0.74/share ($761.25 million market cap or $299 US/oz).

The average gold paid for reserves between 2012 and 2021 was $186.98 US/oz.  The average gold price between 2012-21 was $1424.50 US/oz.  That's about $975 US below the price of gold today.  In 2021 the price paid for gold reserves was $436.41 US/oz and the average price of gold was $1800 US/oz.  Now we are talking reserves and not resources, but even reserve and resource price of gold paid was $171.45 US/oz with $1800 US/oz gold prices.  So if we went with $171.45 US/oz value paid for gold resources @ the current $2393 US/oz gold then the market cap of WM would be $436.17 million or $0.43/share.

Even if you take the average paid for reserves and resources between 2012-21 which was $76.26 @ an average gold price of $1424 US/oz, it still works out to a share price of $0.19.  So this should probably be the minimum bottom end price of this stock and the stock should then be trading at prices higher than that.

So I've given some high end numbers and the minimum base number that I believe is reasonable for WM given the resource numbers of indicted and inferred.  Any thoughts?

9.5 cents continues to be a ridulously low price for this stock.  I will certainly be adding at these prices.

I agree . Unfortunately we have a TROJAN HORSE in our Kingdom. OUR BOARD OF DIRECTORS ARE NOT ACTING IN ALL WALLBRIDGE'S INVESTORS INTEREST. WHEN THIS ABITIBI MINING CAMP IS BOUGHT I will be following the future career paths of these pigs at the trough.

At this point, I'd be happy if insiders would buy.  How can someone work for a company and not beleive in that company enough to buy shares on the open market?  It speak volumes.

Penny bought 500 000 shares in the public market back in February at 8 cents.  Just like you and I people can only buy if they have money available to do so.

A person could buy 50,000 share for 5 grand.   Any insider easily has that.  They are buying nothing.  Perhaps I am a compnay man, who thinks employees should beleive in their employer.   Especially executives.

That is not happening and the pilot already escaped from the scene after so many lies during his reign!

I've often said this company is worth $500,000,000 as is.  Based on similar calculations of value of gold in the ground.   I think the one thing holding it back is the doubts of the economics on Fenelon.  The grades below ground and the amount of resource seem to have the market skeptical.  If Martiniere can increase the open pit resources, it will go a long way to ...more

My answer to your questions Pepperoni . It is a given that our? Board of Directors prefers incredibly cheap prorated stock options to giving the impression that our stock is incredibly undervalued by buying some.  Comparable like RUP and RGD demonstrate that . As for our preliminary resource and its commercial viability IF Martiniere is double the preliminary 5 million four hundred thousand ...more

Really appreciate your thoughtful comments. My math may be off, but please recheck your calculations and let me know.  I am assuming about 950 million shares outstanding.Figure either $76.26 or $171.45 per Oz. to value the company with 5.4 million shares.  See if your price per share should be higher.  Thanks tndl

The $76.26 US/oz was the average price paid for reserves & resources between 2012-2021.  The average price of gold for that same time period was $1424 US/oz.   So if you take $76.26 US/oz x 212000 oz/year x 12 years = $194 005 400.  That number would be the market cap value of the company based on $76.26 US/oz.  Divide that number by the outstanding shares 1 020 000 000 and ...more

Keep in mind that when I do the claculations in US/oz, those numbers I get for market cap and share price would also be in US dollars, which is why I did a quick conversion at the end in Canadian.  But didn't convert the following numbers for share prices: So Bare minimum = $0.19 US = $0.26 Cad more reasonable = $0.43 US - $0.47 US = $0.59 Cad - $0.65 Cad High end = $0.74 US - $1.08 US = ...more

You cannot really compare the reserve estimate of a mine take over to something like Wallbridge. Wallbridge has long way to go before making the first ounce.

Paray99, if you actually read what I wrote you will see I'm not using the price of gold paid for reserves as my true value of WM.  I used those numbers to show the high end of what WM would be worth if the ounces of gold were considered reserves at $1800 US/oz gold in 2021.  I do make that clear distinction that those numbers are based on reserves and not resources in the third and ...more
