$100MM US Offering, and No Price?

....I like the company too, but this isn't an ATM. Why would they release this info without setting a price? I'm a bit confused. Nothing on Sedar, or their website, aside from the NR. Frick, no surprise we're down today. How low are we going to go? Not impressed. Thoughts?

BW28, the backers obviously want to do the financing at a lower share price to reduce their risk, in my opinion.
