Shovels in the ground

At the beginnning of the year, we all the read the bold statement "construction is scheduled to start in 2013". 

With this news release and the high probability of the chinese financing the entire project when do we believe that these shovels will actually hit the ground so that this mine can be up by 2016?

Tomorrow should be fun as those walls disappear on this news we even have non believers becoming believers think about bigger investors buying in now!  Congrats all longs it has been quite a ride. GLTA.
