Why would David Hodge sell shares now?

The question? A director has been selling shares for the last 8 days. The total
shares just hit 100,000. Why? As per canadianinsider.ca . If WPX were in talks of any merit,
would that be the case? No-one just sells approx $50,000-$60,000 in shares when the pay-day down the road could be a whole lot more.

Simple. He's the new CEO of Equtias Resources and he bought 160,000 shares (so far) in the company he is now the CEO of. Vote of confidence in the New company he's running as a ceo.. I expect he's taken a few bucks off the table of WPX (which he still holds 357,000 share in) Perhaps he hasn't excess cash kicking around so he took a little off the top of WPX. Hey Zona, all I said was great post.  You don't have to get all weird and ruin yet another board.  First it was IAE with your constant tantrums and then you need to constantly tell INA investors what a poor choice they made (of which I do not own shares) and now you are starting on WPX, which I have been following ever since they discovered a gas seam on their property.  All I ...more
