Management  DOES NOT OWN 58 Million shares they own approx 13 million before the recent selling. The other 45 million is owned by china blue and the Chinese FI through their  holding company. so please stop leading people to the mistaken belief that the recent selling by management is not significant

Check the insider report.  45 million of the  58 million shares that you refer to as being "owned" by management are owned by CBC holding ltd. i suppose going through life
