Low market cap, high chance of unfriendly takeover

Mkt Cap: 115.43 m
Less market cap, higher chance of an unfriendly takeover of milestone!
Mosaic, (Reuters) - "Mosaic Co Chief Executive Jim Prokopanko said on Tuesday
that the might be interested in buying North American potash assets if the
valuations were attractive. "
Rio could elegantly solve a lot of problems,
- "Can the region’s infrastructure (especially water) support three mines in a small area (Western, Vale, and Rio/Acron)
- Can Rio mine around the Western holdings in KP 405 or if not, what will they need to pay to get them? - Will Rio buy-out Western?"
Questions rised by Eric from Prosperity Saskatchewan Blog
POT could avoid moving potash mines into the hands of his customers China, India and Brasil.
Vale still having no big potash project which could be executed right the way.
With this low marketcap India and China could buy the majority of shares if Canada would allow it to foreign SOEs.
Low market cap, high chance of unfriendly takeover!
Just my five cents.

Cant happen.. shareholder rights plan protects us. Beyond that.. the potential aquirer would have to accumulate greater than 50% of the voting shares to make a hostile takeover.. unless they thought enough shareholders would side with them in voting to sell the company .At current volume it would take years to accumulate that position without alerting the market someone was accumulating..
