when was WPX's partial ownership of KP405 first disclosed?  Seems like a pretty relevent piece of info to advertise to potential shareholders / institutional investors?? Was there a gag order on this as they tried to ink a deal with Rio and only when this fell apart did this "get out" perhaps as an attempt by WPX  to attract an alternate suiter?? Something smells fishy here ....

Rio is catched, the catch of the day, if they walk away, their tier-one potash discovery becomes tier-zero and they have to make it official and announce that.

Yeah but they can afford to walk away at this point even in principle just to drive WPX into the toilet and later pick up the company in bankruptcy auction ... I am worried that there was a deal brewing that broke down - which is why all of this is coming out now and board members are apparently selling (as per recent post) to take advantage of recent price appreciation cuz they know it will be a ...more

might be a good idea and buy back at the end of summer for half price.  Can anyone confirm that insiders have been selling as of late? Thanks

No one can confirm squat. Might be a good idea to buy more and more until the end of the summer at which point it will be autumn and might be a good idea to buy more and more then. Come October/November 2014 it will be too late.  GLTA
