What's happening with this company?
I was looking at the different juniors in the Potash industry, but a few concerns about WPX stand out:
First, Insiders keep selling--do they have no confidence in the company? I sent a couple of emails to the company that have gone unanswered so far.
Second, looking at SEDAR's website I see that a few of the members are enriching themselves in addition to their salaries by giving business to their other interests.

...that's easy. 1. UBS is buying/accumulating 2. Pilot project underway 3. Negotiations remain confidential ;)

Could someone post the positions for UBS for the past three months?--I'd like to see the numbers. I've also read that there are ongoing discussions and know that negotiations remain confidential, but wouldn't that create a blackout period where insiders would not be able to buy/sell?

Exactly. It would create a blackout period if any material news would be in the verge of being published within the following 60 days.

Thanks RetiringYoung-I've been with Scotia iTrade and CIBC Investors Edge, but I could never seem to find that info.
