Is WPX a prime target for takeover?

Why is POT ignoring WPX? The same for RIO. What is WPX lacking? Money? Now it is a scalable mine. Why are the potential suitors still on the sideline?

Simple, mine economics vs risk not attractive enough at $315 potash. Future price is unclear in an already oversupplied market with even more supply coming on stream . Worth buying as a long term asset .. Yes..  Now the NEW scoping study is out it changes the game! Low cost, low risk , greatly improved economics with scalability . It could become an asset not to pass up . Lower operating ...more
