I will vote NO

We have capital to stand more than a year from now. Our new Pilot project and the revised mine plan is just out. This is the time to knock on doors and ask for investment. They were working with a partner on revised mine plan and didn't go to market with it. I say we say NO to the first offer and ask for a better one. 80m is not enough for a controling stake in western potash......without ever having a possibility to lose that control !

80million is nothing and i'm sure there are investors out there willing to cough up such a small amount of money for far less than what as been delivered. The market, like we did, heard about the revised mine plan 4 weeks ago. It's not the best offer you can get folks...SAY NO !

YES or NO I believe will be a mute point as I am sure we will see a better offer! I will attend the August meeting although I doubt we can influence the vote either way. If yes wins here is some interesting exposure. https://www.hkex.com.hk/eng/listing/listreq_pro/listreq/equities.htm $1 Can is $6 H.K. GLTA.

Now we can expect production in 2Yrs and ramp up to full production in say 10 years possibly in the ...more

What do the rest of the gang get and where are you seeing it? Starting to smell a lot like AAA and the the merry men rewarding themselves for selling out long term shareholders.

Well I got my comfirmation today with the DMI -/+ that will pay for a nice long civic weekend ;) but I won't be able to vote, because I rarely hold my shares long enough :(  it wouldnt matter anyways, we all know the results keep your eye on that gap today, we are going to get another run at this IMO happy capitalism

I will vote NO!! More than 50% control of WPX for only $80M. Will it trigger a general offer for the remaining shares?
