Karnalyte Resources Inc. ("Karnalyte" or the "Company") (TSX: KRN) comments on recent trading activity in its common shares that may stem from market rumours by acknowledging that Karnalyte's previously disclosed negotiations with Gujarat State Fertilizers and Chemicals Limited to finance the construction of Phase 1 of Karnalyte's 625,000 tpy Potash production facility at Wynyard, Saskatchewan are ongoing. There is no assurance that any transaction will be agreed upon. Until such time as it is appropriate to make a public announcement on any potential transaction, Karnalyte does not intend to make any further comment on this matter. Big difference between an agreement to sit down and discuss financing and actually announcing financing has been awarded and is a reality. That's what happened to KRN, up another 80 % today. $.75 cents to $2.25 in two days. Of course this is all assuming we have as competent and as honest as the KRN executive were, having said that so far so good for WPX in these bad times for Potash. I have ...more

Im looking for 66+% here just for starters once they finish buying back shares duck this is dragging out. I expected them to be finished by now The Company instituted a Normal Course Issuer Bid share buyback program in late October of 2015.  Management feels that overall market dynamics as well as potash industry fundamentals have contributed to downward pressure in the share price of ...more
