FIERA CAPITAL INC.'S CONTROL OF SECURITIES OF WHITEROCK REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT TRUST INCREASES
This press release is being published in relation to past transactions of units of Whiterock Real Estate Investment Trust that had not been previously disclosed.
Fiera Capital Inc. reports that the total number of units of Whiterock under the control of Fiera as of the end of February, 2008, is 1,802,825, representing approximately 17.34 per cent of the outstanding units of Whiterock.
Between the end of December, 2007, and the end of February, 2008, Fiera acquired control over an additional 12,300 units of Whiterock. These additional units represent an increase of 0.09 per cent of the outstanding units of Whiterock. The position controlled by Fiera had inadvertently been omitted in the previous report filed by Fiera.
These units were acquired through the facilities of the Toronto Stock Exchange. The units are beneficially owned by various accounts managed by Fiera.
The units have been acquired for investment purposes only and not with the purpose of influencing the control or direction of Whiterock. Fiera may, from time to time, acquire additional units of Whiterock, continue to hold its present position or may dispose of its units.

IMO It would seem that Fiera sees some future upside even if panic-stricken orphans and widows do not.
