where are the old time bashers now?

It is not normally my character to get into personal issues & historically I have not.
Today I am in a bit of a mood and will go down a road, which I might regret.
Back in Aug when WRK was starting to rise out of the abyss, ( around $16-$18) there were two who were tag teaming this board to bash RAG. I would not normally say anything, they both made an effort to single me out..as well as White Rock REIT.
It would be wonderful for baudelaire and lasvega's to come back and admit how far off base they were.
After all , they missed a 60% growth opportunity, not counting the monthly distributions which back then were 20% on the cost price.
My mode of operation on this board is transparent. If I own something, I have bought it because I fell it wil improve or at least provide reasonable returns.
I have no trouble sharing that information with others. I do put my money where my mouth is and almost always a large position.
If I do not have a position in something, I keep my negative comments to myself. There are 1000s of "investments" to get into.
The only ones I care about are the ones I have $$$ sitting in.
I have researched WRK, I read every quarterly report. I listen to each quarterly conference call.Have spoke to Jason on the phone and though e-mail. I have full confidence in the management team and the WRK portfolio of properties.
Having held Riocan from its low of $9.50 back in the 90s and selling most into the rise of 3 years ago,I might have a but of understanding of how REITS work.
WRK can follow the same path as Riocan.Jason's goal is to make WRK a billion $$ REIT. I like that goal and will be a prt of it as long as operations continue to improve and grow............That is the message behind the recent CIBC upgrade from $16 to $30

“It is not normally my character to get into personal issues & historically I have not.”Really, Canadafandango-bingo-bongo-bango-kinsy-poo? Whiterock units are climbing steadily, bringing joy to its holders, including yourself, and all you can think of is to type a long post attacking baudelaire?  Shame on you!!!

Bauldelair,it was not an attack, but a reminder and a request to acknowledge that just maybe I was right and you were perhaps a tiny tiny bit wrong in your pervious 5-6 posts attacking me! your reply still accepts no responsibility for your actions , only again to blame. If you read the long post, only one place in it referred to you , all the rest was relative to white rock and my ...more

beaudelaire, Canadafan's comments just reflect the pathetic paranoia so common from his time spent on the equally pathetic 'trusts' board. That group has the singularly worst record of stock picking in history. So, when they get lucky and pick a stock that actually goes up, they just cannot let it go.Just ask him about his energy trusts. The trusts board group just wouldn't listen ...more
