white rock reit very stable

white rock reit has been very stable since the stock split.
I suspect the market is waiting for further news, balanced by a few taking prpfits from the "extra" units.
IMHO the stabilization of the price is great news. Too high too fast is always set-up for a pull back.
last we heard was the Q3 converence call ( still avilble on line), where jason said to exepext new expansions in the $50 million range wihtin this quarter.
so I suspect we will get that annoucement soon, followed by a resonable ralley again.

Thanks, Canadafan. From the limited info Wrk  gave us, their share seems rather highly levered, only 5 million cash to get into a 45 million deal.  Thanks again for helping to clarify this.Have a good weekend.... Cheers, Jim

as many know I watch WRK.un like a hawk.has been very stable since the split.last week they announced a new expansion. That was partnerships with another investment company.Look like after the close of today, the "news" is starting to have an effect on the trading price. In perspective WRK is one of the highest yielding REITs there is. At close to 12% is way above the industry average of ...more
