Not much activity on the lonely wrk.un bull-board?
Reminds me of the days back in 1998 when I was the only one posting one Riocan for months at a time.
Nobody cared. It was trading at $10 back then, went to $25 eventually.
things got busy on the BB when analysts started jumping all ever RioCan.
So.....WRK has also been quiet, they are about due for a NR , maybe a new deal. They did indicate that they had 150 mill in the pipeline, but with no dates set.
I wil ljust peck away here all by my self earning now only 10.8%, waiting for the reasonable increases ahead.
can't get excited about more of the same...make $$$ and at a reasonable return, minimal downside

Some of us are still here. I'm glad the market price has recovered, and my adjusted cost price is now nicely below today's price and yielding 13.7% on that adjusted cost. (I bought most of my units several years ago)That is the beauty of "buy and hold" with reits or other income stuff. Time becomes your friend instead of your enemy. And I think, if Whiterock, as a new or ...more

Don't get too lonely, canadafan.Leverage and loopy CEO aside, one has to give a bit of credit to WRK since they appear to have made the 20%++ hurdle on the equity issue from last year.  The "tradtional" double digit cap rate levered 65-75% should work even better with 10.8% units.  Yes, some rare praise for WRK from baudelaire.
