The managment is keeps growing with ACCRETIVE acquisitions.They are paying attention to the quality of tenants....50% goverment.Now qualty offices.Tax free yeild is waay too rich .....the Price HAS to go up to $20, unless, I am missing something.Perhaps they are too small for the big funds......if they keep up the acquistions, they WILL become the size that attacts fund managers.Am a long term
