2 good things about this offering between now and close....1- obviously the company is once again in a buying mood which will add to the bottom line and the AFFO, good for shareholders.   2- a cap is now on the short term upside to keep the SP down at the offering level which may encourage some to want to exit in a down market, also good for some of us who are waiting to add to our already 9%

The offering at $13.30has provided a buying opportunity.The price has been flat line more or less for the past fe months.I will be adding in the futue to holdings of 5 years.What history has taught me is that after the new issuesyes  the price drops, but I understnd they have $250 million of properties in the pipeline.I expect to see more than $100 million of new expansions announced soon

alot of appetite for reits as many have come to market recently, hcr.un, pmz.un, rmm.un, hr.un, just to name a few
