Alternatives

I just went back to look at Artis (T.AX.UN). P/E of 5.4, Distributions about 75% of revenues. Currently on the low side of the channel. Rumours that they would be a prime candidate for the next M&A in the sector. I'm thinking I like what I see. Used to hold it but dumped and bought WRK.
