NPV

With updated numbers should be $3B usd I believe.
currently trading at 6% market cap to NPV. Please Show me any others similar to WRN trading below that.

more importantly....typical acquisitions should be 30-50% of NPV....or 5-8 times current price.

I know management wants to get shovel ready....but they cannot take another 10 years to find the right shovel! Maybe we would be better off selling to Newmont at $2/share and let Newmont drive value from casino for us!!!

I think the $700M usd is in line with my expectations. At a minimum, we can all agree there is absolutely no way the offer would be less than Coffee $400M usd...

In a lower priced environment on average back in 2011 WRN hit $4.  Fast forward to today with a much more advanced project and 10 years worth of inflation.  The $4 in 2011 is today $6.  If no deal was brewing for $4 then, don't expect the equivalent of $6 today.  Has to be well north of that. let's make assumption: based on history $4, if Dale own 1M shares 10years ago, but he may owns 5m shares after years dilution, $4 means 20M to him, so price is different to HNW guy comparing with retail investors, they always own 40% of total share.
