Paul seems reluctant to admit that their plan is to sell or JV. Always wants to say they have other options like go it alone. Don't understand why he can't just close a deal as that was the plan from day 1.

If we admit we're trying to sell it, we lose our leverage. I just finished reading "The Big Score," and am choosing to believe Paul's acting like we'll just mine it ourselves, while he & Vitton play majors off one another behind the scenes. I don't think Paul has any intention of actually buying anything.
