Anyone...Why so long for the F'n PEA and FS?

These are updates not brand new ground floor studies. Most of it should be fill in the blanks with new numbers no? All the baseline studies have been done and the environment and cultural aspects couldn't have changed at all in a few years. This is taking as long as one from scratch and it's pissn me off to be honest.

Same here. But to be honest, I don't know whether the last PEA/FS included the heap leach starter operation, that might be new. I think also some of the CAPEX items are new (ie., what fuel source they're using, etc). Just listened to today's presentation and he's still saying Q2 - "one to two months away." Got to assume it'll be late June at the earliest. Frustrating ...more

You could be right about that spike. I fortunately sold into that and have bought back. I don't normally like projects near the North Pole but I made an exception here due to my outlook on copper and the bulk size of the project...however, they've been at this for going on 15 years and I'm concerned that they view this as their permanent job rather than custodians actively deriving ...more
