Even - i'm going with multiple party JV. Just looking at Rio's portfolio....they have very little Gold production. Even the copper production not nearly as high as other metals so it's kind of surprising to me. Perhaps though Rio has decided they want to get more balanced portfolio and they want the entire Casino deposit and it won't be JV. The best way for this to play out in my ...more

There's a standstill agreement - meaning Rio can't buy on the open market. If they want to increase their stake, they'll have to deal directly with WRN & ask them to issue more shares in return for more $$.
