People privy to inside info tell their 3d cousin who tells his neighbor who mentions it to his barber....If there was a number agreed upon it would leak....it always does.  This will sell for $4 maybe $4.50 with some combo of cash and stock.  All the wild guesses about $20 are absurd.

$4 US would be a 60% premium to the current price if my math is close.  From my experience that's at the high end. Everyone in this stock has voted on all available information and conjecture and the stock has priced everything in. I highly doubt a 100% or more premium to the current price.

No one says we need to sell Casino now. The stock is up almost 90% since the beginning of the year. That's just a bit over 5 months. We can wait for another 5 months, or more, for the stock to double, or appreciate even more, before accepating any deal.

Ok metal - i'm trying to be civil with you. But accodingly to your logic, there would have been NO way that the Rio announcement would have been kept a secret either because it would leak out. Clearly it didn't....as you can see the spike in price from $1.5 to $2.5 in relatively short order. So why are you saying this type of secret couldn't be kept between WRN and NEM (as an example
