IMO both parties would not have entered this agreement without some preliminary understanding as to ultimate price--
Just, and only for example the price would not exceed $8.34, nor be less that $4.84 in USD,
both parties agreeing to negotiate in good faith over next 12 months

Also, a provision that if no transaction is completed by June 30th 2022 (for example) then unless extended, the entire agreement would be terminated. WRN would keep the money, RIO could sell their shares (WRN would have first right to buy at the then market price).

In fact i think even you numbers are in the ballpark... and the difference of final outcome of $4.84 and $8.34 between now and the final agreement will be how warm and fuzzy Rio feels about the pain and effort to get thru permitting, their interaction with FN's, to some extent what happens with metals between now and then, etc. personally i'd be ok with

Sooner, if you're satisfied with 5 baggers or less, you might be better situated for general market investing.  Juniors (quality ones such as WRN) are tailor-made to be well more than 5 baggers. Granted, it all depends on your entry point and if you loaded up at the 3/20 market bottom, you could still get a 10 bagger even with your conservative figures.  However, even those

Hey - no one invested in the general market would expect to go from $2M to $10M in 1-2 years...that's crazy talk. The general market would typically expect to take like 20 years to do that - and that's at about 8-9% return (well above historical prior 20 year average i believe). Sooner We are on the same page on this--- IMO, although certainly not a "sure thing"-- chances are better than 50-50 that a deal will be consummated with Rio and perhaps a goal miner involved whereby $4-$8 (ISD) will be realized by WRN shareholders in next 12-18 months (i.e. by end of 2022).

Right - the only sure thing is methhead is a meathead....dead from neck up is that monkey worshipper.... Probability below $2 a share in 12 months is small in my opinion and most likely $4-$6 usd in 12 months ...which is great return!
