After tax, base case using 8%:

2011 PEA - $1 billion
2013 FS - $1.83 billion
2021 PEA - $1.86 billion
2021/2022 FS - ???

Significant increase in base prices from last PEA to FS. Slightly better prices from then to now, but slightly less throughput if I recall correctly.

Rio planned the field season, they'll help prepare information for the FS. Price tag will be figured out once they have those numbers. We have to assume WRN will issue Rio shares to keep their 8% if they aren't part of this week's raise. 

I'm raising cash for one last purchase after all the shares are issued & as we get to the slow part of summer, trading wise.
