The transaction occurred almost like a private sale. Consider the "extra" volume of Wednesday through Friday as the underwriter buying in the open market, which did drive up the share price.

On that 2.6M trade on Friday (which I think was the after hours one). "2.6m shares was us being added to the silver index. Which is great since it’s our 4th metal by value"
