OT: I agree with headcase666.  Clearly Rio's intention all along has been to walk away from the deal. That's why they signed an NDA with WRN then worked with them to negotiate a 25MM strategic investment to buy 8% of the company.  Clearly this can only mean that Rio is engaged in a multi-year long-term strategy to walk away from Casino. At least this is how deals are done when

Right - that's logical....let's send valuable company resource time (which is probably more important than the $25M investment to be honest) going to Yukon , doing all the DD, etc...only to back out. Let's get real, if the right person at Rio taps into this and it becomes their pet project ...it's GOING to happen where Rio acquires the entire company. This is how people get ahead
