Go back and listen....I don't think Paul in any way implied a buyout price of $3-$4 US.  I think he implied that the share price should move to this range in the coming months, and some related talk about premium above that at point fo buyout, ahead of any announcement.  Who knows, maybe I heard this wrong.  I erpsonally beleive once the market gets wind of a deal beign ...more

He clearly stated $2.25 usd/share (50% from current) would be a great deal for Rio. He also stated $3 usd/share (double) would be a great deal for Rio. Not sure why he had to state both....other than the point of the conversation was basically......WHY are more people not investing for a very nice quick return......IMO.  He did NOT say $3 usd/share would be a great deal for WRN shareholders. ...more
