Sorry Heywood If they are in talks I want this as close to $6.00 as possible, yes the price today nowhere near our guyout value. But is helps if your shares are trading closer to the ultimate buyout price ! 16 yrs is to long to hold even on a back burner ! M2

such amounts options last week means much, market understand that it will be final talk. Market capital will go to a reasonable level, then deal come out, then Rio takeover with premium (maybe 30%). If no deal happen, it will drop much. So, if you believe the deal happen in June, options amounts means much.

I think you've got it Garden! IMO - we will start to see news releases timed that will get our market cap within 40% of agreed to price and then deal announcement will be put out. again - there is no way an announcement comes out that has anything more than 50% premium to current market cap. You will find very few examples like that!!!

Using your logic and target price (I heard it somewhere first), then you expect the share price to be in resign to around $4.30US because of times new releases? Their will then "enable" a buyout offer of $6US/share?

Agree Heywood and what I've been saying too. The "premium to market cap" is a result, not a driving factor. It's just a place where things naturally land as the market gets wind of a deal. The buyout offer an negotiations do not in any way consider current market cap or premium as a determining factor in the offer price.

if you have much confidence on gold to $2500 in one year, why you not just buy gold future directly with leverage, frankly, I don't expect copper & gold have a massive up, I just expect stable metal price, then let the deal done this year, each side win-win.
