When the vote comes in for take out, they will vote in RIO favour.

Please provide other examples of such - sounds like you are saying Rio is breaking the agreement with WRN....

Problem with that is that so many shares are controlled by the board, insiders, HNW individuals and funds. They would have trouble rounding up enough shares to sway it in their favour.
