$6 US PLUS SPINOUT OF SHARES THIS JUNE!

This would be the most logical , cash plus a spinout of shares.
My feeling near the end of This June.

Been leaning in this direction a while. Sell Rio the Casino plan and we'll keep upside developing the other claims with NEM.

Brilliant insight, JC!!! I never looked at it this way before. Sell Casino as a stand alone to Rio. They only want a derisked, shovel ready project anyway. Go public with a spin out company which will develop Ana, Casino B, and northern porphyry. Win-win for everybody. Newmont will love it as they get a chance with possible porphyry deposits (coffee is not porphyry type). Dale made a brilliant ...more
