WRN rallying on decent volume

I wonder what news today's buyers are looking at.  From what I have read and understand, we are in a recession and the FED will continue to raise interest rates until parity with CPI.  FED funds rates  will triple from here and we have buyers bidding up shares?

Didn't the penny flippers get burned last Summer?  Buy on dips, never on up days.

The penny flippers are the only ones making money.  I sure ain't with my long position.   Not at 52 week lows.
