Well if we are to believe Rio when they stated "this is our final offer".... but didn't they say that multiple times. Again, amazing that Rio wouldn't have realized this was not going to fly and how they didn't realize this for what it was...a form of bribery...or collusion...we do this for you and you do this for us!
