Even Steven, It appears to me that Engquist, Zeitler, Spivak, and Brown were awarded options and in some cases direct stock shares in days past, and they are all exercising those options or selling the shares now. When an option is exercised, it is then converted to shares of the stock, and then the stock can be sold on the open market. Usually, the awardee of the shares has a set strike date each ...more

Buyout within 3-10 days...not likely...and unless the options expired within the next few days that would be stupid of them to exercise before the announcement...they would be leaving a lot in the table in the difference between option price and market price. Everyone of these option holders at this point should be holding and avoid exercising until the very last minute...if they believe a deal ...more

I can understand exercising options and getting stock. I don't understand why they would then sell at $2.49 just before an announcement that would have the price jump. Can't see this as good.

If insiders need to sell company awarded shares owned through options then we should see all the other insiders like Paul selling a massive number of shares. Thoughts?

Yeah , it is common actions:did nothing but diluted shareholders and collected options(shares),  they did mot feel hurting because they keep their share of company unchanged during dilution, that's why I don't  give a sheet about the " be patience", you(long term holders) are generous to these corruption. THEY ARE NOT DERSERVED TO THESE OPTIONS BASED ON THEIR ...more

Sooner Please, lets go with, Buyout within 3-10 days...likely. I don't think Paul is vacationing,, he is setting up the poker table ready for next steps,, for Casino sale that is ! Timing could not been better, the stares have aligned ! M2
