Understanding insider trading !

Paul gave the reason why he had to sell shares (options expiring) .Now that everything is being pulled together for a pos buyout Paul can't buy shares in the market.

We can speculate and place bets  but Paul,, is out of luck ! Paul would love to buy a million shares right now but he knows he is setting the stage for a $7.00 US buyout !  Must be ""frustrating"" !!

Understanding insider trading

Insider trading occurs when someone uses inside information to gain an advantage over the rest of the marketplace. It involves the use of non-public information about a publicly-traded company, usually for financial gain. It typically involves buying a stock before good news breaks, or selling a stock before bad news is made public.

Insider trading is monitored by the securities and exchange commission (SEC). Insider trading is illegal, based on the idea that such trading is unfair and undermines public confidence in the securities market.

Nearly 4 times current share price and you would vote no.... there's a difference between being patient and being delusional.
