How much lower can this sink?

Bargain prices... should I start nibbling now or wait? My timing has been fairly good in the past. Finding it hard to predict right now. Agree with others who have commented on manipulation. One day we have to break out of this roller coaster cycle. I'm not a flipper. I'm a longterm buy and holder. Not going to complain about the manipulators anymore. They will give the rest of us buying opportunities. Just a little dumbfounded with this week's drop. Will it drop more or start risimg again on Monday?  I'm confused.

Agree on the manipulation. Two things bother me.  1. The number of short positions has risen to 2 million. I wouldn't think this would be a good stock to short at this time. Typically penny stocks with more volatility are targets. Also things look very positive for WRN and someone is betting against it.  2. Why hasn't Paul bought back in yet.  You  can see the short ...more

Not surprised in the least. Crux interview was one of the worst on record. We couldn't give any clear reason to "why buy WRN now?" and continue to give the impression Rio will drag this on long as possible. Right? When he says things like "yeah sure, if they want to continue on like this past November, it's a whole new deal, and sure we should know what's next in 6 ...more

Yep! I have to agree with you there, JC. Brutal. Not sure if it was cognitive fatigue or what. But he certainly gave the impression nothing is happening anytime soon.

The manipulation goes both ways fellas. It got manipulated up and it got manipulated going down. Personally I don't call it manipulation. I call it trading. If you ain't got a reason to buy then you sell. Right now we're back n the decades long vacuum unfortunately.  So the trend is downwards.

This stock moves when there is real information released. No one is coming to buy up the shares until there is new information indicating the timeline to production (and therefore revenue) is becoming firmer, or a serious, imminent bid to buy up the entire company is publicized.  I don't stress about it.  This position is something I can live with, or without, but when it is bought ...more

Hi Steven, I currently have bids in on WRN at $1.16, $1.18 and $1.39.  We are in the largest market bubble in history which is about to pop.  Everything will be taken down at least by 25%.  The baby will get thrown out with the bathwater, but gold/silver will rebound first, fastest and go the farthest.  Think 2008-2010 on steroids. How is it possible that the DOW has increased ...more

Heywood..Silvers For me it's about timelines,, (when will a buyout offer occurs) and at what "price" ? 1) Timeline,, between next week and Nov,, May,  June, most likely ! IMO 2) Price,,   at least $5.00 to $6.00 CDN ! IMHO For the day to price of WRN is not something I am going to worry about. I have no intensions of buying or selling any shares.  I will just ...more

I don't want any serious buyout negotiations to occur until we are firmly well beyond $2k gold.  I also want that competitive tension whereby RIO has to have the copper and NEM has to have the gold. In other words, I want Molly Brown and JJ Astor to be bidding on the last seat on the last lifeboat as the Titanic begins its final assent into the icy Atlantic.
